Dancing is for everyone to enjoy regardless of age, career, nationality, ability or experience! Our students come from a great range of ages and backgrounds; office workers, university students, teachers, bankers, nurses, doctors, accountants, singles and couples!
It is more than a sport, it is also an outlet to express yourself emotionally and escape from the hectic pace of modern life. Expressing yourself through positive body language will make you feel more confident, happier and will enrich all aspects of your life.
Dancing is also an excellent way to meet new people and has been proven to contribute to a positive outlook and a greater sense of well-being. Or why not add some romance to your relationship and come along with your partner! Doing a dance class together is a great way to spend some fun, quality time together.
Dancing will improve your strength and flexibility, which helps to keep muscles, bones and joints healthy and improves posture and balance. It keeps both the body and mind active and whilst you're burning calories you're also releasing endorphins which reduce stress and tension and make you feel great!
